Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and access controls
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Pay for services as agreed in your service contract

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Violate intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by TRiSM Tech Solutions are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Our products including MFA, Cyber GRC, Data Intelligence, and Ecommerce Tools are proprietary solutions. License terms for these products are governed by separate software license agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRiSM Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRiSM Tech Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

For clients in other GCC jurisdictions, local laws may also apply as required by applicable regulations.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
